Kellie Newton ’81

鈥淒ickinson changed my life, so I feel that it鈥檚 critical that I give back. I believe a Dickinsonian can change the world. Our graduates make important contributions to science and the arts, and that鈥檚 something I want to support.鈥 鈥 Kellie Newton 鈥81

Came to Dickinson from a small town in southwest New York thanks to a scholarship. Learned she could 鈥渄o anything鈥 through small classes, supportive faculty and the opportunity to study abroad in London. Earned a J.D. from Capital University Law School and charted a successful corporate law career, becoming a partner at McKenna, Long & Aldridge in Washington, D.C. Established a scholarship fund in her father鈥檚 name and today serves as a member of the board of trustees.
