Appreciated how Dickinson brought out the best in daughter Emily 鈥�07, who received Dickinson鈥檚 William F. Hofstadter senior prize and is now a Ph.D. student at Teachers College. Launched the successful Bailin Family Challenge, raising $200,000 for the college in 2008. Fund an annual LeaderShape retreat for Dickinson students with the leadership adage 鈥渁 healthy disregard for the impossible鈥� at the fore.
