Pick-Up Meal Exchanges 

Ten business days prior notice are necessary for all meal exchanges. All final counts for your event and student meal plan information need to be submitted a minimum of three business days (Monday鈥怓riday) prior to the event. Meal plan numbers entered into the system cannot be removed. 

Meal Exchanges To-Go (Pickup--Non-Catered)

To-Go Bagged Meals: 

Breakfast: 

One swipe will be used for Any 15 or Any 21鈥痯lan holders 

Two points will be used from all Flex plans 

Non鈥恗eal plan participants will be charged $4.00 

Breakfast Bags 

• Continental: Banana, vanilla yogurt cup, pastry du jour, apple juice 

• Vegan: Banana, vegan yogurt cup, vegan pastry du jour, apple juice 

• Gluten free:  Banana, vanilla yogurt cup w/ GF granola, GF pastry, apple juice 

Lunch: 

One swipe will be used for Any 15 or Any 21鈥痯lan holders 

Three points will be used from all Flex plans  

Non鈥恗eal plan participants will be charged $10.00 

Lunch Bags 

    --Sandwich (choose below), fruit, bottled water, side (choose below), dessert (choose below), napkin 

Choose one bread: Croissant Roll (*condiments on side), Pretzel Roll (vegan) (*condiments on side) or Wrap  

    -Bread type must be the same for entire order 

*Condiments include lettuce | tomato | pickle | mayo | mustard 

Each student participating may choose their own wrap/sandwich filling option below: 

• turkey & provolone  

• roast beef & cheddar 

• chicken salad & provolone 

• vegan hummus & roasted vegetables  

• gluten free – choose a sandwich/wrap filling from above  

The following items must be the same for all lunches in the order: 

Choose one side:  original potato chips | pretzels  

    -side type must be the same for entire order 

Choose one dessert:  chocolate chip cookies | brownie | vegan chocolate chip cookies 

    -dessert type must be the same for entire order 

 
To-Go Bulk Meals:  

Dinner: 

One swipe will be used for Any 15 or Any 21鈥痯lan holders 

Five points will be used from all Flex plans 

Non鈥恗eal plan participants will be charged $12.00 

Pasta Buffet (pick-up only): 

    –- includes all items in the Pasta Buffet, paper products, cups, utensils, disposable serving utensils 

Pasta Buffet Items: 

• Two pasta varieties du jour 

• Marinara (vegan) and Alfredo (vegetarian) 

• Grilled chicken strips 

• Garden salad with one dressing 

• Cookies or brownies -dessert type must be the same for entire order 

• Ice water and lemonade or tea cooler –drink type must be the same for entire order 

Dining Hall Buffet (pick-up only): 

Dinner: 

One swipe will be used for Any 15 or Any 21鈥痯lan holders 

Five points will be used from all Flex plans 
Non鈥恗eal plan participants will be charged $12.00 

    –- includes all items in the Dining Hall Buffet, paper products, cups, utensils, disposable serving utensils 

Dining Hall Buffet Items: 

• One Entrée from dining hall menu plus (optional)10% vegan entrée  

• One vegetable –vegetable type must be the same for entire order 

• One starch–starch type must be the same for entire order 

• Garden salad with one dressing 

• Cookies or brownies–dessert type must be the same for entire order 

• Ice water and lemonade or tea cooler–drink type must be the same for entire order

General Notice: Catered Meal Exchange Guidelines *Catering event meal exchanges are for events where student meal plans will be used to contribute to the cost of the event (not to-go or pickup). Students must comprise 90% of the total attendance to qualify. Meal exchanges do not cover the entire cost per person for catered events. Updated event costs will be available once meal plan numbers are received and entered.
