- The R&D Expense forms can no longer be accepted by R&D. All expenses related to R&D Awards, DFRF, Endowed Chair, and Start-ups must be submitted in Workday after January 4, 2026. More information can be found on the Expense and Narrative Report page.
- If you have any P-card purchases from 2025 that were coded to departmental budgets, please fill out this form for those transfers. R&D Expenses to Reimburse Departments. These transfers cannot be processed in Workday.
- Kenderdine awards will still use the R&D Expense Form
