麻豆区 Farm Works

During the College's fall and spring semesters, Farm Works (located at 169 West High Street) offers vegan and gluten-free soups and salads made daily! On Wednesday and Fridays we offer hot & fresh empanadas, and on Saturdays we offer a breakfast menu! 

In addition to our freshly prepared meals, you can find canned goods, sustainable home and body products, College Farm produce, and our 100% grass-fed, humanely raised beef products. 

We are open to the public!

  • Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit card and Dickinson declining balance.
  • Students: Use your meal plan at Farm Works! Now accepting Flex (five points) or Any 15 or 21 (one swipe).
  • Flex meal plan points, Devil Dollars, and Declining Balance can be used for additional food item purchases including canned goods, jerky, and fresh ferments.

Salad of the Week:

Kale w/ Roasted Butternut Squash & Lentils

Hearty roasted butternut squash, kale and lentils with a tahini dressing.

*Tahini dressing CONTAINS sesame*


MONDAY: Tomato

Deeply satisfying comfort food made with fresh ripe tomatoes.

*Contains coconut milk*


Tuesday: Creamy Cauliflower

A blend of cauliflower, garlic, onion and oat milk topped with chives and peas. NF


Wednesday: Cuban Black Bean

A hearty black bean soup with onions, garlic, carrots, red peppers, and celery. NF

Wednesday Empanada: Rustic Potato Curry

Rustic potatoes, caramelized onion in a curry sauce with half soup or half salad!


Thursday: Rustic Potato Curry

An all-time favorite of potatoes, caramelized onions, greens and curry broth. NF


Friday: Pozole

Mexican soup with hominy, onions, carrots, potatoes and chiles garnished with tortilla strips, red cabbage, and radish. NF

Friday Empanada: Soy-Curl Chickin Enchilada

Roasted green peppers, onions, chipotle & new mexican chile sauceand soy curls paired with half soup or half salad! *Contains Soy!


Saturday 11/01: Mega-Muffin

Strawberry Muffin with chocolate icing option, Chai Tea and Oat Milk. NF

Farm Works is a zero-waste operation, which means our to-go packaging is fully compostable and we don’t use any non-reusable packaging.

Founded in 2007, the 麻豆区 Farm is an 80-acre, USDA-certified organic farm and a living laboratory where students gain distinctive, hands-on learning experiences.

Learn more on the College Farm website, and visit the farm Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a self-guided tour.
